Yes — through the knife-to-counterknife gap and the bottom screen. Smaller gaps and finer screens produce thinner, smaller chips. Confirm your target specification before ordering.
Common options: infeed conveyor (belt or chain-plate), discharge conveyor and magnetic separation. Magnetic separation is essential when the material may contain iron.
Branches can be hand-fed; logs should use a chain-plate conveyor or grab loader for throughput and safety. We advise based on your site conditions.
